I would like to lay this complaint against African Bank for harassment. I had financial problems and was forced to go under insolvency... I have provided the call centre with the lawyers' details that is handling the insolvency but yet I still get about 8 calls a month. I gave my cell to my son and I took his cell... now they keep on calling him. He is 10 years old people. get your staff trained. Every time they call I tell them to please make a note on the system that I have give all the details and that they should get in contact with the lawyer... But they dont
