its been six months now that GENESIS has been taking R399.00 debit orders from FNB cheque account
ive noticed this only today when i looked into my bank statement, i therefor emailed FNB they told me to call GENESIS i did that.
GENESIS states that i won a random holiday competition from my bank which is FNB i just dropped the call knowing very well i didnt play any competiton from my bank
now i want my money back
GENESIS: gave me the below info :
to call jermaine on 0745126152
FNB gave me: STRATCOL on 0861 135 791 and Personalised Systems on 074 521-5519
