3 Weeks: No resolution
It's been 3 weeks now and FNB are unable to complete simple requests. To recap since 6th June: 1. FNB put me under debt review by their mistake - Took 3 days (done) 2. FNB write an apology letter stating it was their mistake - Took 5 days (done) 3. FNB to fix my online profile - Still waiting since ...
