I got a mobile device from you guys in March and yet you still have not started billing me. I should have been on the third month of the contract now but the contractr still has not commenced. I have called and emailed and i still get the same y answers from your people but no resolution to my issue. I do not care what you do or how you do it but i want that contract to be in place and when the payment for June goes out it should be the third payment for that contract. I do not want to be tied to you any longer than i do not have to especially if this is the kind of service that you provide.
As for you guys claiming that since March you were not aware that i had the device is utter and mismanagement on your side that should not become my problem. SORT IT OUT ASAP!!!
