We have an existing homeloa with FNB, when we applied for a new bond the SYSTEM declined our application, due to bad credit. please note the bad credit was never rectified ons transunion side even though we have proof from the crediter that the account was paid in full and closed. we decided to make an appointment with a FNB property specialist Tshepo Khumalo, on the day of the meeting we brought all supporting documents to proof that our bad credit was due to std banks incompetence. needless to say Tshepo did not even check any of the documents, just stated that the SYSTEM declined seeing that credit score is less than 750. why do they even have humans working there, seeing that their system makes thr decisions. please note that fnb is still happily deducting our bond every month.
