I applied for a loan and all was approved, received information that i need to go to a branch for the funds to be released. Wasted more than an hour in the branch at Carlsworld only to discover that they cannot help me, due to the fact that they don't know what to do. Best of all is, the manager asked if i am willing to wait until they know how to release the funds while they attend to other clients. This is a joke, please train your employees and then maybe you can also qualify as a proper bank.
