I recently discovered that an insurance premium I had cancelled with Momentum Short-Term Insurance was still being debited to my bank account for some time. I contacted Momentum and Jason Cugnolio took charge of my case, and without hesitation or any fuss at all Jason sorted the problem out and I promptly received a refund. Congratulations to Momentum for their excellent efficiency, and in particular to Jason whose prompt service and friendly professionalism made this a painless transaction.
