I AM VERY ANNOYED AT MY INSURANCE COMPANY. I HAD AN ACCIDENT ON 20130513 AND CONTACTED THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY ASSURED ME THAT MY QUERY WILL RECEIVE "ROYAL ATTENTION". AFTER A WEEK I'VE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM AND I HAD TO PHONE TO ASK WHAT MUST HAPPEN NEXT!
A WEEK LATER AN ASSESSOR WAS APPOINTED AND ONLY AFTER I HAD TO PHONE AGAIN WAS I GIVEN A DATE, TIME AND VENUE TO MEET THE ASSESSOR. HE PROMISED THAT THE COMPANY WOULD CONTACT ME THE NEXT DAY, WHICH OBVIOUSLY DID NOT HAPPEN.
I PHONED ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS AND A SHELDON SAID THAT "HE DOES'NT UNDERSTAND WHY ITS TAKING SO LONG, HOWEVER HE WILL GET BACK TO ME", WHICH OBVIOUSLY AGAIN DID NOT HAPPEN!!!
FRUSTRATED BEYOND THE POINT, I AGAIN CONTACTED HIM AND DEMANDED TO CONTACT ME BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS DAY. THIS TIME HE DID, BUT STILL NOTHING WAS DONE ON MY CLAIM.
OUT OF DESPERATION I LOGGED ONTO THE WEBSITE AND TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH A MESSAGE SYSTEM, WHERE I VENTED MY DISSAPOINTMENT AT THE "ROYAL " TREATMENT I'VE RECEIVED THUS FAR . I AM STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE...!
LOGGING INTO HELLO-PETER, I AM NOT SURPRISED TO SEE COMPLAINTS, MORE SURPRISED TO SEE RESPONSES!!!
