Eing ripped of financially

Took out a loan with them, and they never sent me an original contract, and have been phoning them to settle the amount and the amount is never reduced even when am paying, and they told me that they handed me over to the lawyers which never contacted me, and they keep telling me it is intrest which no one knows where the intrest is coming from. everything which we agreed on has been altered without my consern. as far as i am concerned i have actually over payed them, yet they still telling me i owe them. no one is able to give me any answers, the manager is always un available. i dont know what to do now
