Pinetown Cars is a typical dodgy 2nd hand car dealer. A real case of mutton dressed as lamb. They may seem to have good stock, but trust me rather find that perfect car somewhere else.
The sales person we dealt with, MARK OVERALL, only ever to us, and made promises he could not keep. He also speaks to his clients like TRASH and cant handle it when he is spoken to in the same way when it becomes unacceptable. Please DON'T DEAL WITH MARK.
Their supposed "business manager" - CHARMAINE, doesn't have clue. She is also very rude. They took almost a week to settle our trade in, and our debit order still came off our account. They had our trade in on their sales floor whilst it still belonged to US! She also didn't get even load the extended warranty properly. They are VERY dodgy. STAY AWAY and SAVE YOURSELF THE HEART ACHE AND PAIN of dealing with these people who make what should be a HAPPY and EASY transaction, a difficult one that leaves a bad taste in your mouth!
