I found a GTI on the internet and went on this past Saturday to Citton Cars, Gezina and met with a great sales guy named Anthony. He was very hospitable, I felt at home. I wanted to trade my bike and car on the GTI and he organized a trade on my car and phoned a bike dealer to look at my bike. All I had to do was to go to the bike dealer and I sold the bike to them with no issues.
I went this Tuesday and finalized the deal. My car was ready at the time he promised and in perfect condition, polished and shining. I felt like a bought a new car, even though it was second hand. I don't think many car-dealerships can present this level of service and customer satisfaction.
Anton, the Financial Manager from Wesbank at the branch explained everything well and I understood exactly what I was getting. They structured the deal like I wanted to. On the day that I was picking up the car Anthony even organized someone from insurance brokers to phone & quote me. Great price, great deal, within 30 minutes.
No, no B.S, just the way buying a vehicle should be.
