I have sent in my claims with the company for my bumped car and its has been two weeks now and they saying they have to listen to the call which I have discussed my agreed term for the policy while my car is not fixed and I need the car to travel and do things. Now the call has not been listen to and it is an inconvenience on my side, whereas I paid my money so that when such things happen I can get the help I need just in the right time.
