No Feedback from the credit Card department

I have lodge a complaint about a transaction on my credit card i need to resolve. The only person Getting back to me is Truman Zitha, but not his responsibility to update me...
The Credit card department is investigating this, but no respond or phone call from them as yet to ask or tell me how far along they are in the process.
Can someone please call me?
