It has been over six months now since I paid-up my account with Africa Bank. I did this so that I can prepare to buy a house later this year and ensure I started this 2013 on a clean slate.
Yesterday, I decided to do a credit check on my name only find out that Africa Bank have NOT removed my name off ITC.
What does this mean?
African Bank, because YOU have not cleared my name off ITC, YOU have placed me in a position where I may have to wait longer to buy a home for my kids.
Not only do you offer poor service, BUT out of the 10 people I spoke to this morning alone, not ONE person knew who I should speak to so that my name can be cleared on ITC.
I want to know what YOU plan on doing to clear my name TODAY?
