Was committed on my account and I have tried numerous times to phone the investigators, but to no avail, the 'risk management' department claims they cannot connect me through and the only thing they can do is 'escalate the matter', I thought I was escalating the matter by calling them? My friend with another bank was phoned and told that her card had been stopped due to the institution detecting, yet Standard Bank has no such security measure in place??? because they 'Do things differently' is what I was told...
