Poor service

Phoned to start a policy with 1st for woman, the lady was really helpful, she set up everything and then said to me that the system does not allow her to put in end of May so she will have to choose the 15th of May but will ensure that it is not deducted then but at the 28th of may for June, on the 15th of May i get an sms telling me the payment has bounced after telling her she should not even attempt, therefor resulting in me having to pay R120 in bank charges, so when i phone the call center the agent is not equip to assist, he also informed me they will be deducting for May and June, therefor resulting in me having to cancel my policy and also never wanting to do further business, I was going to invest my life home and car insurance with them, but they have forced me to go to another institute. If it starts out like this, imagine what it would be like to invest with them, NO THANK YOU, lets now sit and wait to see how long it will take for them to refund the R120 bank charges
