My short-term insurance broker for many years, and always such a pleasure to deal with. Although insurance is something of a "grudge" purchase (one would rather spend money on more desirable things), the way the staff at SVDV look after their clients, as regards both premiums and claims, is a model of prompt, efficient and oh-so-friendly service. Now if only this could be one's experience with so many other businesses...
