Unauthorised deduction

I have reported this matter last month and it was said it will be rectified but to my suprise the problem has started again. The deduction of R99.00was made by TELETOP/53309592TELETO, again R69.00 was deducted by NTECASH/06847768ZWELOS. i dont khow who gave them the permission to go into my account . please help
