Don't know how C SURANCE works but they do not have good customer service, they treated me like I am nothing and that I have no rights and adding on that they just don't want to assist.
I claimed my phone, submitted all documents needed and I was put from pillar to post for assistance till I got a chance to speak to Michelle who is according to TEBOGO the only person within the C SURANCE who handles complaints and claims so she works with a lot of customers that she might not answer your call at all. She assisted me with my claim and unfortunately after weeks of claiming /calling she tells me my claims was rejected due to funds not received, then she gave me an option coming from her boss that I need to send a pleading letter as why I still deserve to get the phone when the claims was rejected along with my bank statement, I did as she requested, till to date she is still too busy to confirm on what is happening. Please note the reason for funds not receipts is because of your guys debiting the balance in an incorrect date, you normally debit after the 1st when I asked if it could be the last Friday of the month and you said you can only debit on the 1st but according
