I claimed for my provident fund on the 15 August 2012 up until now. Every time when I phone them they tell me to wait 4 to 6 weeks. I've been waiting for 9 months now I'm not working what about my kids and my accounts? They don't even bother themselves to call me and tell me what's going on. I phoned again yesterday they don't pick up the phone I'm just loosing my airtime everyday. I would like to know from them what must I do to get my money? I sent complaint emails more than 2 times they just send references they don't get back to me.
