3 Months and my claim has not been approved

I had an accident and the repairs were approved after a month in Witbank. I had to relocate and i notified my insurance that i will be based in East London so i was told to make a quotation with a Mercedes approved panel beater.

I have given them a quotation a month ago and still have not had any feedback. When i send them emails they just read them and this pathetic and disgusting.
