No personal service what so eve

I've been trying to get hold of a support centre agent for 4 days but the playback keeps telling me about spitting camels and how many Youtube videos I can watch. Not once has an agent actually answered the phone. The first time I applied for a loan was 2 years ago and abviously my salary has improved 3 times. Now they won't approve me as my expenses are obviously more than what my measly salary of 2 years ago. I've been trying to get hold of an agent as Wonga's website wont allow me to make changes to my salary. This wouldn't have been a problem and easily sorted if somebody actually answered at the call centre. Please can somebody contact me urgently to update my profile and email address as soon as possible!!
