I will escalate on each possible platform available. I have never signed a contract agreeing to receiving products whenever. The last time I received products were in August 2018, after I returned a box, but agreed to keep the eyecream for which I paid. I have since moved and my email address changed, and today learnt that in fact a parcel was dispatched and delivered to my old address?? I have not received any sms confirmation of any delivery?? I have clearly stated in a telecon with their consultant during August 2018, that I dont want receive any products unless I am contacted for confirmation first. No one has called me back to discuss this.
