I have logged a query for a refund on the 3rd April 2013. After numerous e-mail, telephone calls to both Groupon and my bank I have still not received my refund. I received a payment confirmation from Groupon which clearly does not indicate any proof of payment into my bank account. I was then asked to fax through my credit card statement dating back to 11/10/12, which I have done. Upon phoning to enquire whether my e-mail had been received the call centre agent address me as "Oh the same lady again" I had taken his name down as he refused to put me through to a Nazley that is apparently dealing with this refund. To you Mr Tauriq Amarien - your lack of professionalism in dealing with customers, needs to be seriously addressed with your superiors - to me this is bad business practice and to you Nazley I find it intensely queir that you avioded taking my calls after I had e-mailed you my bank statements - I will think twice before making further purchasers from Groupon SA and will continue to be persistent in receiving money that belongs to me.
