Paid in FULL! NO Delivery! NO COMMUNICATION!!!

I purchased steel garden swing and slide set including delivery on 13/3/213 for R2395.00, & redeemed with sgs3 little dreams on 26/3/2013. when i heard nothing from them, i called sgs3, they told me groupon said voucher is invalid??? have called & then emailed groupon, Kershia and Chantell Davids responded saying sorry only once, but with those sorry's - still there is no delivery & no communication.

on 31/1/2013 i purchased a voucher for the THE BRAAI SHACK, R270-00 for 2 people. Called them to make a lunch booking & they okayed the booking. I got there, the place is closed down. Emailed Groupon for reimbursement - NO RESPONSE, NO COMMENT, NO FEEDBACK!
