I bought a product from groupon in January, they said upto 4 weeks for delivery. I called them after 4 weeks and was told to wait another 2 weeks because they had a problem with the courier. After waiting another 2 weeks i was told to wait another 2 weeks because the product was faulty and had to be returned to supplier. Its close to 4 months now and everytime i call their excuse is... the systems are down and they'll get back to me which they never do.
