No delivery - order placed in January

I received my voucher for the deal on 26 January. Despite getting responses that my query has been escalated, I still have not received anything or even heard from anyone about this escalation. GroupOn does not keep their customers informed / updated. The voucher indicates that at least 4 weeks must be allowed for delivery and its been 2 months now.
