Like all the other complaints here, shocking lack of customer service, weeks for response. My order went from receiving an email that delivery couldn't be made as they didnt have the address (which one is forced to enter when ordering, so they DID have it), to"out of stock" after a few weeks of not replying to my emails.
Given all the complaints on this site, Groupon SA appears and should be shut down IMO.
