I have two items that have still not been delivered since November 2012. I have sent you the vouchers for the items that were not delivered as you had requested, but I still haven't had a response from you to date. If you cannot deliver those items, then please refund me my money immediately. Its been a long long wait. If I don't get a proper response, I will never purchase anything from Groupon again.
