Non delivery of multiple items from 2012

I ordered a number of items in November and Early Dec as Christmas presents. It is now 31st Dec and nothing. I always complained on here to be advised items would be delivered 3 weeks ago... But nothing. I've spent thousands on groupon but they have really up this time on many levels. Be careful before ordering.
