No Voucher, No response only empty promises

I purchased the Excel course during December 2012, to date no voucher has been received. I've sent numerous emails and held on for over an hour to speak to a consultant only to hear empty promises.
I've honestly had enough and if you cannot send me the voucher than can I have my refund.

Knowing one of the talk show hosts of SAfm, i've mentioned to him about the current frustrations consumers have with Groupon and have referred him to HelloPeter as well as your Facebook page. So expect a greater amount o fnegative publicity very soon.
