I recently went down to the coast for a holiday and decided to treat my wife with a photo shoot by a professional photographer, for valentines day. To cut the story short, we were dropped by the salon 2 days prior to the shoot.
On mailing groupon S.A about my grievance, i accidentally mailed their U.S counterparts, from whom I received a response within 4 hours! (WOW... this made me feel happy that I am dealing with a company that responds promptly and efficiently).
After promising to get back to me, two weeks have passed and Groupon S.A have only lived up to the lack luster attitude most companies have in S.A toward their customers!
I am really disappointed at Groupon S.A and MV Hair studio in durban.
