I received a completely useless and broken product which I have purchased from Groupon as a Christmas gift. They arranged for it to be picked up at my home and now I am unable to get the requested refund from them. I have been dealing with at least 4 different people now - and just kept being passed from one to another. This nightmare have been ongoing since December 2012. How much longer are they going to keep wasting my time?
Groupon I would like my refund please - otherwise it is also called!!
