Groupon steals money and does not delive

I purchased a groupon deal for tomato watches in September 2012, after months of waiting, it was still not delivered and following numerous complaints and nagging they stated that they had refunded my creditcard in January 2013 and I am still waiting. I even phoned the bank and they stated that no one had credited my account.

Groupon my money!
