Horrendous service! I contacted Anien Botha early March and she wasn't in office and advised I contact Carmelita Goliath. I called and she said put everything in an e-mail which I did. I made contact twice from my personal and business email during lockdown and haven't received any form of reply, except automated replies. There's no professional etiquette. I have heard about their bias and prejudice, but now it's about laziness and rudeness. Won't be recommending this lot to anyone!
