I purchased a voucher for a restaurant in August 2013. I email the supplier today to be informed they have closed down and i must please contact Groupon for a refund. I call and get through to a most rude Paariq. I am told that everyone is notified by bulk email when a supplier closes!!! Really??? Then why was i not notified. Had I not tried to book today i would never have known. This seems very dishonest to me don't you think.
And then to add insult to injury you get through to a consultant on the other side who thinks he is very clever. I ask to speak to someone else and am told there is no one else. REALLY???
This is the last Groupon. I will no longer be buying a thing from you! I am sick of your disgusting service and continuous problems, I dont have any probloems with other group buying websites
