Since the last complain Astral group assure me its cancelled but still the money get debit on the business account. People be aware do not sign up because to stop the debit order is extra and will I every get this sorted out. Astral group have people phone you and say R99 for breakfree holiday what a bargain but this is a ripe off never happen!!! R99 assurance when your car broke down... and I just cant get this STOPPED I just wonder how many people do they catch. I really don't know how to stop this because promised made have not been kept. I asked Astral to send me a mail to confirm that I wont pay anymore but NO email is send just words over the phone. There phones don't get answered.
