I ordered the Wireless Gateway Modem Router on 29 October and was promised 1 week delivery. After a few calls speaking to various call centre agents, I get the device 2 weeks later. The box supposed to include the following:
Huawei modem and power adaptor,
Pedestal/stand
RJ45 LAN cable
No LAN cable was included, the pedestal/stand was not in a packet and the inside of the box was damaged which leads me to believe that the device is second hand. I would almost understand if the outside of the box was damaged in transit but not the inside. Then When I speak to a consultant asking about the LAN cable I get put on hold for 10 minutes at a time. The matter is still not resolved and I'm waiting for the consultant to return my call.
This is unacceptable!
