Great service despite tight time line

Thanks Lee for great service which meant had 300 copies of eBook cut onto CD in time for book launch - whew! This, despite the glitches in CD front and CD box insert design as designer is in Australia, editor in Switzerland and launch in SA. You were great - calm, cool, professional - thank you!
