I received a SMS from MOBthumbs saying I am now subscribed to their service at a cost of R20 a day. I immediately SMSed STOP to 37445 (the number provided by their SMS) however I was still charged. The next day I was charged again. After visiting their terms and conditions site I sent another SMS saying STOP THUMBS to 37445 and an email to their support service. However I am still being charged for a service to which I did not agree to. This is criminal!
