Bad service

I recieved my galaxy tab from groupon beginning of September. It was faulty so i phoned in to query and was told i would receive an email which i did not. A week later my boyfriend had to phone to make them email while he was on the line with them. We have been promised dates but none which have been kept. We have also been promised that the manager will give us a call which two weeks later has still not happened. If we phoned, we would get put on hold for so long then get cut off, so what's the point?
It has now been 7 weeks and still nothing has been done about this "tablet exchange" we were told was going to happen. Very poor service i must say and very ignorant staff!
