I purchased two vouchers for the Magic of the Vine Festival on the 9th & 10th November in Centurion. As I will not be available to attend this event anymore, I called to request a refund just to be told that NO REFUNDS are done on events. On my voucher it states that no refunds will be done on or after the event. (Ref 83750).

I also purchased the Summer Wray Dresses, just to receive sizes I cant even fit into & when I purchased the dresses there was no option to choose what sizes I wanted. I have waited more than a week for a response / solution to no avail. I was told this would be sorted out within 48 hours. I have now requested a refund on the dresses as well. (Ref : 79753).

I stopped using Groupon for a while due to poor service, shocking offers from partners & now it has been proven to me once again. Lesson learnt.
