Not geeting any assistance and nobody replying

I have asked for a refund as the fine print said "One groupon per customer, additional as gifts", I gave one to my wife but apparently the fine print does not count. I have given my email address to Waseema Peters and Raj Kumar on sever occasions yet I am not getting feedback why I am not getting my refund. I have now already sent several emails yet nobody is replying
