NON DELIVERY OF WIRELESS RANGE EXTENDER

On 10 July 2013, I processed a payment for a Wireless Range Extender, advertised on Groupon for R549.00. On 08 August, I sent an email enquiring about the non delivery of my item to [Email Removed] and to date I have not received a response.

Please help.
