Ive made a purchase with dealclick on the 1st of agust 2013 and they promised to deliver within 7 days after the deal closed. Those days went by i called them to enquire about my delivery and they said no its been dispatched i will get it the following day. I waited and waiteds, i called again after 3days and they said they dont know what happened but its been dispatched. Last week i called them for the last time and Gugu told me that my package its never been dispached but i will get it. Something about this people its not right they keep on lying. Even today i havent received my package and they have my money with them. They dont call to update a customer. What a bad service i received.
