My brother order a watch for me through wicount on the 5/9/2012 ref 8315021-1. After numerous calls to them, without any call back from their side, I received a broken watch. Now a week later I once again had to call then twice because they did not phone me back. I had to make other arrangements to receive the package because they could not stick to the arranged time. We have order products on other on line services and NOT ONE had this kind of poor service.
