Purchased Groupon, but the store doesnt exist

I bought your Subway deal for Laico Isle on Rivonia Road. I decided I was going to use the groupon today being a Friday during my lunch break. I go to Laico Isle Subway, and the store isnt even there anymore. I spoke to management and they seem so confused about the Groupon. How the heck do you sell Deals for stores that do not even exist?
