I ordered the 3-in-1 baking kit on 15 April 2013. it was delivered to me on friday 26 April, but when I opened the box I saw that my giant silicone cupcake mould was replaced with 4x small teaset cupcake moulds. I received the 3-tier baking pan and the icing kit, but actually bought the deal for the giant cupcake mould. I immediately phoned the call centre and was told they will get back to me "either today, or on Monday". I phoned them on Monday 29 April (they didn't phone) and spoke to Jayce after holding on for a lengthy amount of time. He immediately put through a request to pick up the order, and said he would escalate the query for a refund. I then told him I did NOT want a refund, I just want my giant cupcake mould. He then suggested that I ONLY return the teaset cupcake moulds, and as soon as they have collected it, I should phone and request my giant mould (huh?!). I then thought I would cancel the entire order and ask for a refund (R299). Luckily (or unluckily), I came onto HelloPeter but was shocked to see all the complaints about non-delivery/no refund. Now I'm keeping the incorrect order, having been robbed, but at least I have something. I won't be ordering again.
