I don't actually know why I even bother with this report as have given up on THC.I have been trying since Nov'12 to book our holiday for Oct'13.We are looking for 2 consecutive weeks at Sun City where we have been going since forever via RCI but apparently no longer can with THC.Very disappointed and really want out!! I was trying to make the bookings via the website and at first thought no space and kept checking in on occasion. Wasn't too worried as it was a year away. Eventually in Jan'13 I called THC and was informed the Sun City bookings only become available 2 months before the travel date. Who has that luxury to leave bookings that late? After A LOT of back and forth re Sun City, we eventually decided to try something else, only to find none of the resorts of our choice were available. Again a lot of back and forth and checking the website - nothing. Decided to call reservations last night. The consultant's attitude is that we left it to late and they can't help. We have been with RCI for forever and never had problems getting the accommodation we want so we are highly frustrated with THC.Don't bother to reply that a staff member will contact me as I already know they can't help!
