I had booked my mom on one of Jay's minibus routes from Johannesburg to Durban. The booking process was quick and easy compared to larger supposedly more professional providers. When the driver ran late on the day I called to complain. Jayshree was polite and apologetic and more importantly, knew exactly what was going on. She explained that there was a traffic jam and volunteered the driver's cell phone number so that we could keep updated on their progress directly. I was extremely impressed by not only the efficiency of the service but also the attitude with which it was offered. Both thumbs up. Wish you guys all the success in the future.
